OPERATIONS MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the efficient handling and control of the parts and service department.
Manage day to day operations of the branch Manage and oversee all aspects of the facility Protect equipment and parts inventory Control PACE - (Profit after Controllable Expenses) Dispatch and control the service dept.
- provide technician needs to complete jobs Manage Service labor Manage parts and service departments Build and sustain customer relationships Work with sales and rental department on distribution of equipment Other duties as assigned by management OPERATIONS MANAGER REQUIREMENTS (Skills, Technology, and Physical Requirements) Valid driver's license and must meet General Liability driving requirements in order to operate a company vehicle when necessary.
