Bi-monthly billing to over 5,000 customers.
Accurately process and maintain water/sewer accounts.
Schedule work orders.
Research and analyze water consumption.
Post and edit meter reads, review calculations, verify discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
Compute adjustments and other charges.
Schedules final water and sewer readings and prepares final bills.
Collects all necessary forms for water and sewer connections.
Assist in multiple areas of the accounting department.
Strong customer service skills.
Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Qualified applicants will have computer literacy, time management skills, a high level of accuracy, a professional demeanor, and grace under pressure Job Type:
