Job Duties and Requirements Excellent skills in carpentry, painting, drywall and minor electrical and plumbing.
Ability to work outside year round.
Must have 2 or more years of experience performing remodeling or outside maintenance year round Must have a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a wide command of all trades.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must pass a drug screen.
Available for call-out.
