Loudon Shop is currently looking for an employee to work in our online customer shipping and receiving department with a small team that is supportive and team-oriented.
Responsibilities of the position would include:
Attention to Detail, Sorting, Packaging, Shipping, Receiving, Cleaning, Inventory control, and heavy computer work.
The right candidate will be Punctual, Organized, Excellent Computer skillset and eager to learn.
Responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
ResponsibilitiesFill Orders o Experience in internet shipping o Experience in Shipstation/computer shipping programs o Precision parts o Read and follow picking sequence sku# essential o Locate correct product by sku# o Pick correct quantities o Get customer orders ready for shipping o Use technology like computers, and printers o No forklift experience Pack Orders o Pack into appropriate box o Pack items neatly in the box o Place shipping label on box o Completes customer orders within standard shipment quantities (rates) o Insert packing slip o Place proper amount of paper dunnage in box o Ensure the box looks neat o Tape the box o Stack boxes for UPS and USPS pickup Education and/or Experience o High school diploma or equivalent o Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
o Professional telephone etiquette o Professional personal appearance o Enthusiastic and energetic customer service attitude Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
