, is a newly developed all-inclusive leisure resort.
As a brand new property, we provide an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality, the outdoors, and creative collaboration.
The Guest Services position at Windy Hill provides a warm first contact with our guests and ensures they have an enjoyable experience during the stay.
Ideal candidates will be courteous problem solvers with excellent communication skills with a passion for pleasing others and an interest in building a career in hospitality.
The Guest Services team is responsible for guiding guests around the property and accommodating guest requests and valet services, as well as assisting in other outdoor departments such as activities and general labor.
Assisting in other departments allows us to offer consistent hours for this position.

Essential job functions include the following:
Proactively search for ways to support the team.
Assist all departments to meet guest needs and requests.
Ability to work in a variety of departments and follow instructions of each department supervisor.
Ability to effectively communicate accurate information to guests and other team members.
Work with direct supervisors to cut down waste and environmental hazards.
Guide guests to their room while providing an overview of the property and accommodations.
Be able to comfortably maintain small talk with guests.
Maintain current property and activity knowledge to assist in guest queries.
Anticipate guest needs and preemptively suggest solutions to ensure a carefree stay.
Provide a safe and carefree stay for guests.
Provide safe transportation for guests around the property.
Assist with special event set-up and break-down.
Park and move vehicles as part of valet services.
Perform luggage delivery and removal.
Help maintain cleanliness of lodge, reception area, and overall property.
Flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
All other duties as assigned.
Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required.
Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent Must have valid drivers license Required Skills and Abilities Basic math skills.
Operate basic hand-held radios to clearly communicate with other team members.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
Must be able to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
Must be able to exercise judgement in accordance with job functions.
Physical Demands Job may include lifting of luggage and other guest requests.
Will be on your feet most or all of shift.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle, guest vehicle, or golf cart.
